Hello Gil, the apartment is not allow fo smokers that is publicated in the listing and it is one o our rules, when you check in you sing one of the rules that said that is not allow and there is apenalty if you do it, becuase we have to block the apartment and norent it per 2 days also we need send to wash all sofa and courtains, the smel was in all the living room aeourn the sofa was ashtray and some other little plants like tabaco, one of my co-workers is alergic to smoke and she was very bad when she get in, in to the apartment because you where somoking inside, even that you leave the windoe open and the airconditioner tuned on, the smell was terrible and the chemicalls all around. We just do what we have to do when one of the rules is broken.

Buenas tardes estimada Emmanuelle, lamentamos las situaciones que pasaron en su departamento pero todas las atendimos al momento en que las reportaba o al día siguiente, en caso de el wc tapado, este tambien fue tapado por papeles que arrojaban en el wc, los aires acondicionados pueden llegar a estar programados por huespedes anteriores o incluso apretando el boton on del control se programa, pero cuando lo reportó fuimos a atenderlo, sobre el consumo de luz es un método que tenemos que hacer pues de esta forma hemos logrado que los huéspedes cuiden más el uso de la energía eléctrica. De verdad lamentamos que tenga esta persepción de nuestro servicio pero jamas hubo una mala voluntad, en atenderles. Quedamos a sus ordenes. Saludos.

About cleaning of course we clean the apartment before your arrival it is no way we can give an apartment with out cleaning, about the spider we live in a tropical area even we fumigate apartments, it is imposible to kill and keep away all this little insect also ants, but tha tis not dirty, I'm sorry you didn't report this to us on time suring you stay so we can do something. About the bracelet that is for the safe of all guest, that is explained at check in tha you need to return your bracelet at check out or there will be an extra charge. About the size of your apartment, I do not undertand why you said that this was smaller that others, it was one bedroom apartment, that was the kind of apartment that you book and all the one bedroom apartments sizes are the same, we do not offer daily cleaning we offer an spetial rate for cleaning , that information is publicated also in hotels.com before you book. Hi dear Farah, as I explain to you many times before, we have the information about the electricity 2 times, one before you book in the fees and deposit information, I understand that you did not read that becuase when you arrive you left just 100 usd for deposit even that we ask for 300 usd, we help you with that, but the about the rules, like in all hotels, you van not come one night at 2:00am in the morning and try to get in with your new boyfriend, I told you give me his name for next day so he can be and sleep in the apartment as extra guest, but you sad that maybe next night you can bring another boyfriend, as I told you it is ok you can add 1 more person but give me his name adn you did not did it, please understant that we have 88 apartmets with guests that we need to take care about there safe and security, We turn off the electricity because you force the gate and get in in to your apartment with your man and then you play music lowd so imagine how many complains I have with guests around your apartment. I have a paper signed by you where you acept that if you break one more rule you have to leave the building, I have to take care of your safe and the safe an confort of all guest, that is why I need to make guest respect rules.

Estimado Jesus Manuel, la infromación sobre el cobro del exceso de luz viene informado antes de que relaices tu reserva aun así, mandamos un mensaje autormatico al realizar tu reserva y si no estabas de acuerdo puiste haber cancleado en cualqueir momento, por ningún motivo nos gusta no infirmar, pero si nos pasa que no leen toda la información que hay antes y después de reservar y ahí es donde entran los malos entendidos y creen cosas que no son reales, este metodo se implementó porque muchos huéspedes dejaban los aires acondicionados prendidos todo el día aun cuando no estaban y las cuentas de luz eran sumamente caras que no era equitativo con la tarifa, de esta forma logramos hacer conciencia de que cuiden la electricidad en especial el uso de los aires acondicionados y hemos logrado que las tarifas de luz estén dentro del rango normal, lo cual indica que si están cuidando el uso de la energía eléctrica. Hello dear guest, the charge of the electrocity comsumtion, is publicated before you book and also in the welcome message that you received, I mention that you have incluede 20kwh per night wich is enough to use 2 air conditioners pero 8 hours, that was done because many guests, do not take care about electricity and leave turn on all airconditioners even when they are not in the apartment. Gracias, por su retroalimentación, agradecemos sus comentarios, sobre la limpieza ciertamente está tiene un cargo adicional en caso de que la requiera adicional, el departamento se entrega completamente limpio, sobre el cargo adicional de luz es un metodo que sirve mucho para hacer conciencia a l agente de que deben ahorrar luz dejando apagados los airea acondicionados que no usan o si salen de paseos apagar todo, en verdad que mejoraron las cunetas que pagábamos de luz ya que l agente dejaba todo prendido y salía a sus tours, pero ahora lo gramos tener bajo control el consumo excesivo que antes tenían y las altas tarifas que pagabamos, al ser un departamento es como una casa y se tienen que cuidar estos servicios, esperamos pueda enteder esto. muchas gracis po su visita le esperamos pronto. Hola Elvis, gracias por tu preferencia, agradecemos muchos su visita y nos complace saber que el lugar fue de su agrado, sobre las fiestas, debido a que es un condominio no se permiten fiestas a horas pasadas de las 10:00pm ya que tenemos todo tipo de huespedes, desde niños hasta adultos mayores y buscamos cuidar el sueño de todos, pero la ubicación es excelente para que disfruten de los antros, bares y lugares donde pueden organizar fiestas durante toda la noche o día como los beachclubs y así puedan disfrutar y divertirse sin ningun inconveniente, estamos a sus ordenes para futuras estancias, fue un placer servirles.

Hello Steven thank you for your commnets those are very important for us. we have public in the website of Expedia, that we applied and electricity fee, we include 20 kw per day and if you exced this we charge 5 pesos per kilowatt, wich is not too much but that helps to have guests taking care of the electricity.

Muchas gracais por sus comentarios estos son muu valiosos para nosotros, la medida sobre la electricidad, la tomamos en base a un consumo normal diario, esto debido a que hemos tenido huespedes que deja los dos o tres aires acondicionados prendidos y salen de tours o a caminar y no los apagan, no es necesario tener todo apagado, con que cuiden el uso del aire acondicionado es suficiente ya que cuentan con ventiladores y ventanas muy amplias.
