Comodo per terminal
Hotel comodo per il terminal dei bus o dei traghetti. La struttura è un po' lasciata a se stessa ed è un peccato perché è a 20 metri dalla spiaggia di Playa del Carmen. Accoglienza fredda. La camera era grande, con frigorifero, (strano per il Messico) e con un bagno piccolissimo, ma molto molto datato. Le lenzuola non erano stirate, ma mi son sembrate pulite. Ha una piccola piscina. Pagato una matrimoniale 60€ senza colazione per una notte (dovevamo partire il giorno dopo per Cozumel). Davanti ad una piazza trafficata quindi non molto silenzioso. Internet in stanza non funzionava.

Al centro di Playa e a due passi dal Mare
Sono stato in vacanza con la mia ragazza e l'hotel si è mostrato per quello che immaginavo prima di partire leggendo le recensioni: Pulito, Centrale, Comodo, Cortesia dello Staff. E' essenziale e pratico se utilizzi l'hotel come punto di appoggio. Particolarmente disponibili i ragazzi della reception. Ottime le camere Vista Mare/Piscina

Offerta Expedia non conveniente
L'offerta Expedia prevede camere che si affacciano su una piazza rumorosissima (musica, tamburi costanti tutto il giorno fino alle 21). Dopo 3 giorni abbiamo cambiato camera, perchè era impossibile anche starci solo un paio di ore la sera prima di andare a mangiare (veniva mal di testa). Le camere verso l'interno, meno rumorose, costano il doppio ed abbiamo dovuto pagare la differenza. Meglio conoscere il prezzo prima. A parte questo micidiale inconveniente, le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Quelle che danno verso l'interno, sono anche più belle, oltre che poco rumorose. La piscina va in ombra le prime ore del pomeriggio quindi è da considerare di non usufruirla per prendere il sole dopo le 15.

Posizione stupenda, albergo ottimo
L hotel si trova in posizione perfetta, a due passi dal mare, dalla stazione dei bus e dalla 5a (strada pedonale principale). La camera era spaziosa e in perfetto stato, lo staff simpatico e puntuale. Per chi non cerca un all inclusive, veramente ottimo. Vivamente consigliato.

Albergo assolutamente da non perdere
Scesi dalla corriera, l'hotel dista 20 m quindi è di estrema comodità (considerando il trasporto dei bagagli mano). Si affaccia sia sulla spiaggia principale, sia sulla piazza principale di Playa nonchè dista come detto, solo 20 mt. dall'inizio dell'ingresso principale della famosa 5^ Avenida. In poche parole trovi tutto proprio sotto l'albergo.

This small hotel is clean with nice decor...it's just off the beach on the south end of town with many rooms having an ocean view. Very reasonable rates!

This hotel is in the middle of the touristic area, and a short walk from the ferry, shopping mall, beach, and stores. It is also close to the ADO station. It is very safe. The hotel was clean and service was good. It can be loud at night depending on events at Parque los fundadores, but relatively quiet after 11pm. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with my stay at Casa Melissa Hotel. I booked my stay without any expectations and I was satisfied at the end. It's literally close to everything. Right when you step out, everything is in front of you and all around. The ADO bus station is around the corner as well restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11, bank, Cozumel ferry. Like everything! The property is conveniently located close to the Ado bus and the ferry however the area is very busy and noisy. You don’t hear the noise in your room but you will when you sit outside. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee. There wasn’t a microwave either and no ice machine. Staff was friendly and we would stay again.

We've been staying at Casa Melissa every year for about 5 years. Love it! VERY clean! Great staff. So close to the Cozumel Ferry station, bus station, and taxis, and a great walk on Quinta Avenida. Highly recommend!

A clean hotel and relatively quiet, considering it is close to the action. Steps from the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are driving, be prepared to find parking off-site and walking to this hotel. Also, you can't drive up to this hotel because of the pedestrian only streets; a 200-feet walk from the nearest drop-off spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Standard hotel room. Door on bathroom and front door didnt close well had to work them. Safe broken. Headboard constantly banged on wall had to prop with pillow. No place for wet bathing suits or towel. Would be nice to have a chair on balcony. The staff and housekeeping were very helpful

During check-in, we always ask our guests to go to reception to report any details, such as the door not closing properly. In the case of the safes, they are always kept open before check in, they are not broken, if you want to use them someone from the staff comes to tell you how to configure it and you can store your belongings.At room 203, where you stayed, there are two chairs, that can be used to sit at the balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of Parque Fundadores.We will keep working to improve our service and facilities.

Nice little hotel for a couple of nights. Very clean. Lots of shopping and dining options all around. Right next to the beach. Right around the corner from the ADO bus and the cozumel ferry. Pool looked ok but we didnt use it. Some stuff was a little out dated like actual keys to room. Ocean view rooms had a good view of the ocean and pool and the really ugly lot in between the two.

This is my second visit to this hotel. First of all I don't think they could find my reservation I made through Expedia....months ago but they got me a room. A junior suite so I believe I got a upgrade. This hotel is safe , clean & in a great location. Also a reasonable price. My only complaint is late at night a bunch of drunk girls were in the pool below my room and were too loud!. Staff should of told them to be quiet. I do think I would stay there again though because of all the positive things about it.

We travelled all night and arrived early to hotel. We weren't allowed early check-in even though room was vacant (we watched cleaners and they were done before noon)... coffee maker... no coffee... fridge not plugged in or working. No kleenex in room... beds hard. It was clean... location was great... close to ADO and ferry. Pretty basic. Great for an overnight stay.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Pool was a nice surprise. Fast internet. It can be loud on certain holiday days because of the bar proximity, but other days it was quiet after around 10pm. Rooms are cleaned every day and complimentary bottled water is given every day. It is super close to the beach and there is lifeguard post near it.

We stayed four days. The property sits next to the ferry terminal where a troupe of flying entertainers use a permanent pole to do an act. They have a pan flute and a drum that they use as part of their act. At first it was cool but after listening to it everyday every half hour from 10 am til till 10 pm it got to be too much. Its a permanent fixture so oceanside rooms will be subject to it. The staff politely say no to requests such as bottled water, change made for 500 pesos, toilet paper, towels, blankets you need to leave ID. Vendors accost you immediately coming out of the hotel and are relentless throughout your walks. Great location to get to the beach and very clean. I would stay again as long as the blue pole was gone. I get the blanket thing but maybe show a little more service representation through assisting with the small things.

Great Location
The hotel was a ideal location for our Chichen Itza tour meeting and allow us the enjoy the evening at Playa del Carmen. The room was larger and more spacious than expected. The only thing that I would change is to add a table and a couple of chairs; there is plenty of space.

Lo único malo es que no tienen estacionamiento y supuestamente tienen convenio con un estacionamiento pero cobran lo mismo que los demás establecimientos sin convenios
