Bellissimo appartamento nella migliore posizione di Playa del Carmen, proprio alla 38a strada a nord, proprio nell'angolo con accesso alla spiaggia. Questa è un'ottima posizione perché non ha tutto il rumore della zona delle feste, ma avrai solo nell'angolo la 5a strada con molti buoni ristoranti e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.
Per andare in spiaggia devi solo uscire dal condominio e l'accesso sarà solo sul lato sinistro.
Questo condominio ha una grande terrazza nella parte superiore del tetto con una piscina a sfioro con e una splendida vista sulla spiaggia e sulla città.
L'edificio ha l'ascensore e l'appartamento si trova al 2 ° piano.
L'appartamento è dotato di un divano letto e 1 camera da letto con un materasso king size, ha wifi gratuito e tv via cavo, la cucina ha tutto il necessario.
Ha un bagno completo e anche un piccolo balcone con un tavolo e 2 sedie.
Ha anche una cassetta di sicurezza.

Hermoso condominio junto a playa, nella parte più grande di Playa del Carmen in calle 38 Norte. Cerca gli appartamenti ha una grande cantina di ristoranti e l'esquina se riesci a controllare l'avenida 5 (La calle más important de Playa del Carmen). Este apartamento tiene 1 dormitorio con un matrimonio di matrimonio e un ampliamento, cuenta con una sala de estar, un balcone con una mesa e sillas, con vista sulla piscina della famiglia, mentre una casa è completa. L'appartamento dispone di connessione Wi-Fi.

Quiet, Lovely pool

Our goal was to totally relax, and we did! We hardly left the property except to go to the beach or to get food from the mercado or restaurant. We read books, Sam Im the rooftop pool, and meet some lovely people. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great location and value

This condo is an excellent value for a couple, a single traveler, or perhaps a couple with a young child. It is superbly located on perhaps the prettiest street in Playa, Calle 38. It’s less than a five minute walk from 5th and you can walk to the best beach club in Playa in well under fifteen minutes; of catch a cab for just150 pesos. Great restaurants and bars line Calle 38, just steps away. The condo was spotlessly clean and had everything necessary for meal preparation. The bed was extremely comfortable, although I would urge the owner to invest in quality pillows. Of great importance to me, the setting is extremely quiet - I was never once disturbed by noise at night. As other reviewers have noted, the rooftop pool is a great place to hang out. The owner is very responsive and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I visit Playa regularly and will definitely be back, contingent upon availability, of course. Highly recommended.

El departamento es muy cómodo, las personas de recepción son muy amables y la piscina del roof es hermosa vale mucho la pena. En esa calle hay muchos restaurantes. La playa es muy mala ya que no hay, pero a 5 minutos a pie se encuentra una muy buena playa. El edificio es viejo pero está bien mantenido. Regresaríamos sin ningún problema, lo recomendamos al 100

BEST LOCATION

This condo is absolutely my favorite! This is the second time we stay at this building. This time we were on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the 1st floor pool. Their roof top infinity pool is amazing-it's heated! Everything very clean, full kitchen-just wonderful. Shower needed a little more pressure for my liking, but still able to take a nice hot shower to get rid of sand. This host had a beach umbrella and beach chairs which was extremely convenient. I love that it is literally steps away from the beach with an OXXO next door and a couple yummy restaurants just steps away. I will definitely return!

Pueblito Escondido is a perfect spot for family, or if you and a spouse want comfort, convenience, and quiet. The rooftop pool is spectacular and its a shirt walk to 5th ave (quinta avenida) where all the restaurants, and shops are.

Property is dated but well taken care of. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Owner of this condo was responsive until we arrived, then did not answer my messages until a few days later. Both TVs did not work and it took 3 days to get the tiny one in the bedroom fixed. Owner never inquired again to help satisfy.

Great building literally steps from the beach. Amazing oceanfront location in arguably the best street in Playa Del Carmen, Calle 38th street. You will Feel elation every time I walk in or out of the building. It is why we have stayed in the property multiple times. (7 times last year). Who said “you can never get enough of a good thing “? I think it was May West. Anyway you will not be disappointed. My bar is pretty high. This property checks all the boxes.

Great location, but the unit needs attention

We stayed in this unit and here are the pros and cons. Pros: Wonderful location!! The rooftop pool is amazing!! The pool is clean and the view cannot be beat. The front desk attendants are very helpful. A convenience store is right next door for last minute needs. The unit is very spacious. Our tv was not working one evening and it was replaced the next day. Cons: The unit has a very strong musty/moldy smell. Every time I walked in from outside, I was hit by the smell. The bathroom could use some more lighting, it is very dark. I thought the laundry was in our unit, but it is a community washer and dryer in the garage area and it costs about ten dollars per load. It is shared by all of the residents, so it is hit or miss that it will be free on the day or time you are looking to do laundry. The sliding door did not lock properly. I know this is a safe area, but all of the units are rented out to different people. All in all, the building was wonderful and we can't wait to stay here again, but we will look for a different unit in this building.

Smelly Playa del Carmen Street 38

The whole area has an issue with a horrible smell after rotten eggs. Some days it was a bit better, but after some rainy days it got again worse. The apartment itself was okish. The kitchen and the bathroom need a make over. The oven was so dirty that we did not use it and many potts very heavily sctrached / melted. There were stains on the couch and a duck tape was used to fix a hole. Washing and drying was very inconvenient since it was not placed in the apartment and every load has to be paid. We wanted to shorten our stay but our proposal to the owner, was not addressed by anyone. Neither FeWo-direkt or the owner, It was handled poorly and we never got a satisfactory reply.

Vacation in the sun

This property is located in a lovely quiet area right beside the beach access in Playa de Carmen. The roof top patio and pool is absolutely gorgeous with a spectacular view of the ocean! The condo is very spacious and clean and has all the amenities needed. Mario is great to deal with and the holiday was very relaxing!
