“Es una experiencia promedio, nada que ver con el estándar de la marca. La comida en particular es terrible, les urge un cambio en esa área, las peores hamburguesas y postres que me he comido. Los restaurantes de especialidad están lejos de una experiencia Gourmet.
La mayoría del staff es amable sin embargo hace falta mucho personal en el área de albercas, la experiencia Preferred para nada se siente así. Las habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas.”

“Amazing pools and lazy rivers. Amazing food and great restaurants to choose from! Great room; but the AC tends to be on all the time since it gets so hot. Those room could use a dehumidifier. Amazing people and services are on point and they pay attention to detail. Treat them well and they will treat back Amazingly as well!”

“We went there 13 years ago and just got back from there again. Still a beautiful resort but some of the rooms are starting to show their age. But seems they are slowly updating because one of our rooms was fully updated. Would definitely go back, food was top notch and the pools are awesome! ”

“We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business!
Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service.
