“The staff was amazing, they have a guy name Roger that work in Sooon he is amazing. The food is pretty good, I’ve stayed in several all inclusive and this by far was the best one. Also all staff is friendly they will always speak and help you with anything you need. ”

“Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, the service at the pool was excellent , the entertainment was great, restaurants had good choices and food was great. Very well kept resort in and out and very convenient walking distance to outside restaurants bars and shopping. Overall is highly recommend.

“The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located.
I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room.
That's the only thing i have to complain.
The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both.
The price-quality is perfect”

“I had a lovely room, it is a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed every minute there. The staff are wonderful. I enjoyed Spas services, I had two excursions booked through the hotel. I had a blasin at the cenote and parasailing. Every evening there was different show. I loved the Mescian show, why do they call it "Other services" it should be called fabulous seriveces. I would go back there in a minute.”
