We were advised two days before arrival, after paying in full, that the pool was closed due to water shortage ( on arrival were told it was a broken pipe) along with the gym. The location is also experiencing a severe staff shortage which means housekeepers are overwhelmed with simple requests. Restaurant staff were excellent but the restaurant was closed one of the two nights ( this is high season) . I...
