Ottima esperienza!
Il soggiorno a Casa Ganesh è stato davvero piacevole, siamo stati benissimo! Il personale è estremamente disponibile e cordiale, in particolare Amauri che si è dimostrato molto professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con prontezza. Sicuramente la sua la sua educazione e gentilezza ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca confort e praticità.

The property is beautiful and is in a good location on the beach. Rooms were clean and the small things such as USB plugs and filtered water in the room were nice touches.

We enjoyed staying at Ganesh. It has different agreements with beach clubs in the area so you can go to the coolest place with no cover to pay. Ganesh is a small boutique hotel with no pool, but there’s absolutely no need as you’ll have the beach reaching your door step. When it comes to parking, it’s hard. So Ganesh has another agreement with a sister-hotel 4 min away (walking) for 400 pesos/24 hours. Service is fantastic, they take care of you via WhatsApp and book everything for you. Also, there’s no breakfast, which I missed, but they deliver courtesy coffee every morning. I recommend the hotel!

Sandra, at Reception, was particularly helpful. When I had a problem with my lock, she looked into it immediately; when I had a problem with my Taxi, she ordered one up for me; she even offered me an iron if I needed it. The only thing I would emphasize to first time users is that, as previous reviewers have said, the property is right next to a very popular and very loud nightclub venue and the noise will continue till one or two in the morning. Sandra mentioned to me that the nightclub is closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesdays. Be prepared to use your White Noise machine. Other than that, everything was perfect with the property in terms of location, air-conditioning, etc. One other warning, the power is turned off for maintenance between one and 3 PM every day.

This property is small beautiful boutique on the beach. It is beautiful and well maintained. The little porch with chairs and decor are gorgeous. The rooms are nice and have simple but chic decor. I certainly will stay at Casa Genash again.

Chill spot
Loved the property for how small, relaxed, no-frills but nicely and more than adequately done, chill it was. Sandra (host/reception) and Fernando (with reservations) were very helpful! Yes, you get a little noise until like 1 AM, but it is not so bad that you can't sleep. It was almost a non-issue for us, also traveling with our pet dog.

Pros: - Great AC - Excellent WiFi - Great bathroom, awesome water pressure, and plenty of bath and beach towels - Comfy bed - Daily turndowns - Security box - Coffee/Tea offered in the AM and a large tank of drinking water provided - Beautiful aesthetic in room and on grounds - Great little beach with 4 double loungers - Nice respite from the enormous, loud/busy day clubs - Central location - Middle of Tulum beach - Bike rentals were easy and priced well - Super, super helpful front desk Cons: - No fridge - This was the biggest draw back as it can get quite warm and thus difficult to keep drinks cold. - Mosquitos - It’s the jungle, not a lot you can do about this. It was by no means overwhelming, but there were a few about at any given time. We swatted and kept bug spray handy - While it was exactly enough for us, the room is not very spacious - Noise - Construction: Closing soon for a month to finish building a restaurant. Street noise: Almost a nonissue, but worth mentioning. Both were easily and effectively solved with ear plugs. - Big windows open to common walk way. While there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic, there were enough folks to have to keep the blinds drawn while we were inside during the day. Only an issue for 1st floor guests We stayed at a few hotels during this trip. This was better than a couple of the other more expensive options. Very, very pleased!

This hotel is set back off the road and feels like your private oasis. Directly on the water feet in the sand, we loved it. Staff I interacted with were kind and very helpful and a delight.

I really liked the style of the hotel room. Very clean and just a few steps from the beach. Everything is walking distance. The sculpture “Ven a La Luz” is less than a 5 minute walk.

All you need to know: hotel Ganesh is a hidden gem! My husband and I stayed at hotel Ganesh and truly had an amazing stay. It was our first time visiting Tulum and Mexico in general. To be honest, I was a little nervous for our stay after hearing about the reviews regarding the loud music since I am a very light sleeper and like to go to bed early. So if you are worried about that, don’t be! Once you’re inside your room it’s quiet and we were able to stay asleep no problem. The hotel is located in a prime location, right next to multiple restaurants and beach clubs which makes it convenient to explore by foot. You also get access to multiple beach clubs for free which is a plus. The staff onsite is amazing (shoutout to David!) any questions we had we could text them thru whatsapp & they also provide great recommendations for cenotes, restaurants and other outdoor activities. Book your stay now, you won’t regret it!!

Jeg likte at Casa Ganesh lå rett på stranda, personalet var fantastiske og veldig imøtekommende med alt. Deilig at de serverte kaffe på rommet når man spurte om det. Det er et utrolig koselig og fint hotell midt i kjernen av Tulum beach. Elsket alt ved stedet og jeg kommer tilbake hit når jeg skal til Tulum igjen

En general la estancia fue tranquila, lo único es que no cuentan con estacionamiento por si llevas carro tienes que pagar parking. No cuenta con restaurant pero hay opciones alrededor. Personal muy amable. Locación perfecta!

I love how the property is located near restaurants and beach clubs. Really convenient. I hated the mosquitoes in the room. Soooooo annoying. Constantly got bit at night while sleeping. The service was great and whatever we needed the front desk rep made sure we had. Very good service. I would recommend this villa if you want to party all night. If you’re looking to relax and getaway this hotel is not for you. Oh, also the air conditioning is only on from 6pm-10am. Just a heads up

J’ai trouvé le service exceptionnel, la chambre était très jolie, le wifi fonctionne très bien, la plage magnifique quand j’y étais les seules algues étaient sur la plage. Il y a un hôtel juste à côté, la musique y est très forte, de la chambre avec le ventilateur ce n’est pas gênant, de jour par contre la musique y est présente surtout sur la plage, mais c’est Tulum, par contre il y de petits coins tranquilles plus loin.

The property is very close to the beach. You are walking distance to all the great restaurants and day clubs. Rooms are small, but comfortable. There isn't any room service or TV's, but that's the beauty of being in Tulum. You are next to a lively restaurant, so if you're an early sleeper this is not your hotel.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. El hotel tiene en obra el restaurante, por lo tanto no hay servicio de alimentos. La ubicación esta entre dos Restobares y el ruido es terrible. Si la intención es descansar, no es el lugar correcto. La atención del personal es Muy Servicial y atentos todo el tiempo.

Tulum ha estado en constante crecimiento, por lo que al estar en una de las zonas más céntricas hay mucho movimiento y mucha vida nocturna; lamentamos que no hayas descansado bien debido a la música del restaurante de al lado. Nos encontramos en una mejora continua de nuestros servicios para poder ofrecer a nuestros huespedes la calidad que se merecen, y por el momento, y como se hace mencion en los detalles de nuestra propiedad, no contamos con restaurante o estacionamiento. Esperamos que nos de la oportunidad de poder hospedarlo en un futuro y pueda experimentar de todas estas mejoras. Saludos cordiales

Cute small hotel. Located in a great spot by popular bars and restaurants. The hotel will get you into a few beach clubs for free which was nice. The staff was beyond amazing! They very attentive, helpful, resourceful, and speak great English. They made my stay very easy. The hotel and area is very safe. My only con is the hotel was under construction and isn't as nice as the hotels in the surrounding area. But you get what you pay for. Good deal for the price. I would recommend for the budget traveler that has a taste for the finer things.

Other reviews are correct- it is way too loud to get any rest during the day. Blaring music from noon to 7:00 PM. The property should be much cheaper due to this but still charges high rates as if this wasn’t a serious issue. Also their beach front is a JOKE, but they do offer free entry to multiple beach clubs which somewhat makes up for this. I will say the staff is phenomenal though.
