Il proprietario è molto gentile e tranquillo. La struttura è come si vede in foto e c'è la possibilità di fare colazione in un bar all'interno della struttura che è molto economico e buono (con croissant).

deludente!
Arrivati a tulum di sera dopo un lungo viaggio siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo che sembrava non sapere nemmeno del nostro arrivo. La nostra sistemazione era un appartamento al piano terra, abbastanza spazioso e con un patio esterno con tavolino e amaca. Appena entrati abbiamo avvertito un forte odore di umidità che ci ha accompagnato per tutti i tre giorni che siamo rimasti in questo hotel. L'ambiente è datato tanto che il bagno non è dotato nemmeno del piatto doccia. Le lenzuola erano macchiate probabilmente a causa della forte umidità. L'hotel si trova in una comoda posizione per raggiungere il centro, ma a fianco di una strada trafficata e rumorosa sia di giorno sia di notte! Se a questo poi si aggiunge l'aria condizionata necessaria anche di notte per attenuare l'afa e l'umidità dormire diventa pressoché impossibile e comunque non di certo confortevole!

Hotel carino e caratteristico
Situato vicino alla via principale di Tulum, piccolo hotel ma veramente molto carino, personale disponibile. Colazione ottima preparata tutti i giorni dal forno all'interno della struttura. Possibilità di pranzare a prezzi veramente bassi (ottima cucina Messicana).

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, ottima rapporto qualità/prezzo, situato vicino al centro del paese ma non sulla strada principale che è molto rumorosa Camere pulite, confortevoli e dotate di tutti i principali comfort. Ottimo anche il ristorante annesso. Inoltre il proprietario e tutto il personale sono molto cortesi e disponibili per ogni vostra esigenza.

Inferiore alle aspettative
Hotel carino ,piccolo ed essenziale, camere ben arredate con bagno privato senza asciugacapelli. Le colazioni continentali sono state a nostro avviso insufficiente ( tazza di caffè, con una punta di latte,una brioche con un panino vuoto , 3 marmellate di fragola e burro). Sinceramente per quanto abbiamo speso ,riguardo alle colazioni ci saremmo aspettati di più almeno un succo di frutta con del pane tostato e un piatto con della frutta. Nella stada sottostante i veicoli che passano fanno molto rumore e le porte delle camere sono talmente fine che si sente tutto. Sinceramente non siamo soddisfatti del rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Guillermo the manager was so welcoming and helpful. The property was beautifully decorated. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were extremely kind. Highly recommend this place.

A very brief stay for just one night after arriving into Cancun and gerring the ADO bus down to Tulum. Easy walk from the bus station a very friendly welcome from Guillermo and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice big bed. Lush gardens and a cute parrot. Thank you

Clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location near main road and ADO bus terminal. Easy to walk neighborhood. I felt very safe. Guillermo was very courteous. Coffe shop employees very friendly and great coffee!

I loved this small lively hotel in Tulum. Located perfectly close for walking to main commercial area but feeling further away than it is from all the tourist noise and busyness aLovely Little tropical courtyard, comfortable and pretty rooms that acknowledge the locale with art and decor. Guillermo the on-site proprietor is very friendly and helpful. Staff and cafe wonderful. Perfect!

Booked for a 7 day stay. Room was ok, but area surrounding the hotel was very noisy and not the best. Pictures and reviews I don’t think were a fair representation. We actually checked out the day after arrival and did not get a refund for the remaining stay. We didn’t care and went to another hotel and were much happier.

I am sorry the hotel didn’t meet your expectations. We have been in 9/10 satisfaction of our guests for more than 10 years . Most our guest feel at home and really enjoy our hotel. The pictures and reviews are from more than 600 guests .. The area is downtown, close to ADO bus stop and 2 blocks from all the restaurants and boutiques in downtown. We are away from noise, but sometimes there is noise like everywhere.. in one night that you stayed could be a bad chance .. Your rate was not refundable, I am sorry again the hotel didn’t meet your expectations.Value for money we are rated 9.5

I liked that they stored baggage for us. The property was very close to the ADO bus stop so it was convenient to get to/from the hotel. The manager was also very nice. The rooms are a little old but everything worked fine. The shower pressure is a bit weak. The property is off the main drag so it's a little quieter but there will still be some vehicle traffic. I liked the green and plants of the venue, and the cats too.

Maison Tulum is a real treasure. It's clean It's comfortable. The host, Guillermo, is extremely welcoming and accommodating. Maison Tulum is truly unique in its tasteful construction and decor. Everywhere you look holds a surprise. The owners are actively involved with maintenance and with the guests. And last, but not least, spending time on the rooftop terrace is a special treat.

This was our first trip to Tulum. My wife and I had a great time! The Hotel was clean and everything worked perfectly. The manager Guillermo was very personable and accommodating. We were unsure of what to do and not do. Guillermo spoke to us for long periods of time about the History of Tulum and surrounding areas. He gave us many suggestions of things to do and explained with great detail the best way to get around to see and do the things we wanted to do. We definitely recommend this hotel. We cannot wait to go back.

The hotel itself is very charming, artsy, & full of gorgeous plants. The room was adequate… the AC worked well. Guillermo was an excellent host w/great taste. Ge arranged a shuttle for us back to the airport in Cancun that was private & less expensive than originally planned. Great coffee & pastry at the shop attached. Great deal for your $. Thank you Guillermo. Hope your holiday was great!

If you're going to Tulum this is the only place to stay. It's centrally located but tucked away from the noise, the staff are absolutely fantastic and the cafe downstairs is a hidden gem. You'll feel like you're in a jungle while being located in downtown Tulum.

Cozy and cute in Downtown Tulum
Guillermo and Flor were fantastic hosts in this quaint little hotel. The room was comfortable with AC, there was purified water, and the hotel itself is gorgeous. There was a tiny bit of street noise - but far less than the main street until around 11 pm which was fine. The property has cute cats, comfy hammocks and good internet

My fiance and I had the most amazing time here for his birthday. We stayed a total of 6 nights and are definitely planning a trip back! The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing! Giving us recommendations for places to go and places to eat. We loved every single part of our trip and felt extremely safe. The little restaurant downstairs also has the most amazing breakfast and coffee.

An Oasis in Tulum!
When we first walked in it was like entering an enchanted forest. Really charming! Then we were greeted by the host and made to feel very welcome. Excellent customer service! The room was good quality with a very comfortable king size bed. Highly recommended and very close to ADO bus station.

I was in the top floor room it was really cool. Good view, nice balcony. Everything was clean, correct and well-considered for guest comfort. It had a comfort and welcoming about it, I wanted to just sit in my room half the day. Be advised the staircase up to top floor is really interesting, it is like a spiral to a castle, but if you are having physical difficulties you might want to stay on the lower floor. Liked it!

Our host Flor was absolutely fantastic and offered help each day for activities to do around the area. She was very attentive to her guests. The hotel was charming and had a personal touch of a "home away from home". The room had all needed facilities for your stay and if you required anything else you could just ask Flor. The location is perfect for restaurants and exploring other areas around Tulum.

A great place to stay while in Tulum! The location is perfect for walking and exploring. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and anything needed. The cafe downstairs was delicious and perfect each morning!

Very quaint Colonial Mexican decor type hotel in a very good quiet location. The room we stayed in was a kitchenette studio. Very comfortable bed. Sometimes had to wait a little for hot water. Very nice grren roof top area with lots of plants and hammocks. Very nice place to relax with vino or cerveza.Staff was very helpful and attentive.

De modo geral o hotel muito organizado e limpo e área externa com muitas plantas e flores. O atendimento, por parte da Flor, muito amistoso e prestativo apesar de não ter recepção e precisar sempre levar a chave do portão do hotel nos passeios. Localização boa ficando duas quadras da avenida principal onde se encontra mercado, restaurante, bares e ônibus para diversos pontos turísticos. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas camas de solteiros juntas e o quadro para duas pessoas pode ser considerado um pouco pequeno.

Amazing value for Tulum, in a central location away from the busy and expensive water front area. Close to everything in the downtown area. And of course superb hosts! Nice breakfast place next attached. Would definitely stay again.
