Hotel carino anche se datato negli arredi direttamente sulla spiaggia. Ha 8 capere ma quattro danno sulla strada e sono rumorose (si sentono le macchine). L'aria condizionata si apre automaticamente solo la notte. Carina la terrazza per la colazione

I really enjoyed my stay. I came by myself and I would most definitely stay again. Service was great. Perfect if your goal for your stay is to just relax. My one and only issue with this hotel is there was no iron and there were minimal food options for dinner. Other than that, wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. Amazing view, really cool property, fantastic restaurant, and really friendly staff. They take good care of the place. There are 2 things that could be improved on - the a/c in our room blew right on me in bed and the water pressure was a little low. These are really minor things completely out weighed by the positives.

This is such a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. We stayed in the room above the restaurant and our A/C was having issues the first few days, but eventually it worked great. The best part is the private beach. The restaurant is very expensive on site but there are lots of other options (Matteo's has awesome tacos and Mena next door is very good too). If you book the Chichen Itza tour don't worry about paying extra for hotel pickup, as the road is too narrow for bus pick up. Just get the Super Aki pick up (you can easily get a taxi). If I ever go back to Tulum I will definitely stay here again!

Quaint boutique hotel in perfect setting
Small hotel (only 8 rooms) located on a beautiful beach, with very helpful friendly staff. Can hear the sound of the waves from Adirondack chairs in front of room and see the beach and palm trees. Couldn’t be a more perfect stay! Just beautiful.

We had the most amazing time here during the holiday break. Martin took great care of us. Thank you Martin! The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. We are so glad we found this gem. There is enough chairs and umbrellas for all residents. The private beach cove was so beautiful.

Beach experience is meh, restuarant limited
Beautiful room and view. Beach needs work, not possible to swim during evening, too much seaweed in water. Sunbeds also super cheap and not comfy. Breakfast was very limited and menu felt very limited for lunch and dinner as well. Would probably pick something further with a non private beach and better sunbeds if we went again.

Hola Melker, thanks for your feed back, honestly we were super surprising with this since we have more than 4 months without seaweed, and as we metioned at your check in, the breakfas on your reservation it marks as a "continental" and during your stay you got "a'la carte" (more than 15 different options), anyways, thanks again

Great hotel!
Wonderful, charming little hotel. Lovely staff that really get to know you and your family. Great breakfast included in the stay. Food in and around the hotel is fairly expensive, but you can taxi into the town of Tulum for cheaper choices. The road outside the hotel if very busy, but you get used to walking around the traffic.

From the moment we got there to the very last moment of check out, my mom, friend, and I had the most great experience. Our room was not only super spacious and well-maintained, but it was also very clean and up-to-date. The daily cleaning service was exceptional. Every morning we were greeted with friendly smiles from the staff, and I highly recommend eating breakfast there because the food was so delicious. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and when I say that this place is hands-down probably the best place that we’ve eaten since being here in Tulum! The flavors and the consistency of the presentation throughout the whole week a free breakfast was honestly just so rewarding and a nice touch to staying here. The customer service was exceptional 10/10 from Nayeli, Daniel, Martin, and plenty of the other staff. Much thanks to the cooks because the food like we said before was the best we’ve had in all of Tulum. I highly recommend staying here because not only is it super authentic and unique. They have the best and most attentive staff, delicious and variety of food, and the location I promise you is like no other. This is well worth your buck and I highly recommend staying here anytime you visit. I just want to say personally thank you so much for such a beautiful and welcoming stay!My mom and I made so many memories here and we can’t get over the view from our room! I’m definitely coming back to visit soon!

Buena ubicación con una pequeña playa compartida con otro hotel. Fue nuestra segunda vez en este hotel, pero esta vez nos decepcionó. Tuvimos un incidente de higiene con más de 8 cucarachas en la habitación, lo cual arruinó nuestra experiencia. Aunque se disculparon no hubo ninguna compensación por arruinar nuestra estancia.

Estimado Roberto, muchas gracias por darse el tiempo de publicar su experiencia en Piedra Escondida; sin duda alguna nos toma por sorpresa pero es totalmente entendible-, tal como lo comentamos en su momento y como usted recordara los 4 animalitos, se encontraban muertas en las escaleras que subían a su habitación, no es justificación en lo absoluto pero le dejamos saber que se pudo haber sido producto de la fumigación de nuestra propiedad y el desalojo del restaurante de un costado, dado que nosotros habíamos solicitado a nuestro equipo de control de plagas el venir a tomar cuidado de ello, considerando la "comprensión" que se mostro al momento por parte de usted, y como pudieron percatarse no se trataba de un plaga directamente del hotel dado que en general en nuestras instalaciones e incluso en la segunda habitación que tenían reservada, en ningún momento ubo un detalle al respecto, para nosotros es prioritario seguir los mas altos estándares de limpieza, pero también hay cosas al rededor de nuestra propiedad que no podemos controlar. Lamentamos mucho que su estancia se haya visto "arruinada" en su ultima noche.Saludos

Le personnel est fantastique, très attentionné, il ne manque jamais de rien. Le restaurant à une cuisine traditionnelle et internationale de haute qualité, exquis. Des nids de tortues bien protégés et de juillet au septembre il y a la possibilité de voir la naissance des petites tortues, ma meilleure expérience. Plage privée, avec palapas. Juste à améliorer la qualité de shampoing et conditionneur.

This is the perfect place to stay in Tulum. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming, and Chef Martin’s kitchen makes absolutely phenomenal food and drinks at the restaurant. This location is phenomenal too. Fantastic quaint, clean, and private beach next to various shops and restaurants. Far enough from all the action to where you feel like you’re getting an escape, but close enough to be a 5 minute cab ride as well. I would recommend this to anyone. This place and the staff truly made our stay very special.

This is an amazing hotel! Is small, no many rooms. The fact that is in front of the beach makes it even better. You can see the sunrise and I love how they protect the nest of the turtles! The service is amazing. All employees were very nice and they give us lots of information and tips to enjoy our trip. Ask them for everything! Rooms need to be upgrade a bit. The hotel is located in a good area with restaurants, shops, and bars. You have lots of options. Unfortunately, we came during seaweed season and weren’t able to swim. However, the environment at the beach is very nice and you can enjoy with a good margarita! Food is also good, and the restaurant of the hotel gives you good options. Thank you very much to the staff! You make our trip magical!

Quite place with a private beach access. Unfortunately we were not able to swim in the sea due to the sargassum, but that‘s of course not the hotels fault. In the evening we saw a green sea turtle nesting in this private beach. Breakfast was good and sufficient, but not more. Rooms are clean but already bit old. Beside that, we fully recommend this hotel as it is charmy!

The hotel is right in front of ocean. We loved sleeping to the sound of waves crashing on to the beach. Food was fabulous! Only disappointment was the inability to get into the water because of seaweed and no pool.

Perfect location, but a pity that there was too much seaweed. The hotel does a lot to remove it, but in our case it was impossible to enter the water. Appartments are very nice, but when you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is not close to the road behind. For us it was no problem.

Secret Paradise
It was paradise! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Even though the place may be older than most other places there it has been well looked after and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted! We didnt even mind the sargassum, however if that was not an issue there, the place would be a perfect place to soak in the water too. We would definitely stay here again and again! Thank you to Nayelli and everyone else that helped us!

I absolutely loved this place!!! The staff was excellent. The place was clean and wonderful. The food was really good. The sunrise and ocean breeze were magical. If your looking for a relaxing easy beach retreat this place was a great find. I look forward to going back as soon as possible!

Wir hatten Zimmer #4 - wahrscheinlich das beste Zimmer! Direkter Meerblick aus dem Bett, Hängematte am Balkon und sehr gemütliche Einrichtung. Personal sehr freundlich! Frühstück und Snacks für Zwischendurch einzigartig lecker!!!

Bon accueil malgré une petite déception sur la chambre qui n était pas vraiment vue mer comme decrit sur le site (chambre au rdc qui donne en fait sur la plage) Bon restaurant avec des prix "Tulum" cad beaucoup plus cher que dans le reste du Mexique. Et le phénomène des Sargasses qui empêche la baignade mais qui n est pas bien sûr lié à l'hôtel .D ailleurs des hommes sont chargés de nettoyer l'hôtel chaque jour. Attention, cette chambre peut être bruyante; cela dépend de la présence des clients du restaurant.Nous avons eu 1 soirée sur 3 bruyante. Pour résumer, un bon rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel en bord de mer à Tulum.

The place was beautiful and just what we needed. There was a lot of seaweed and was a little disappointing but they worked hard to clean the beaches. The restaurant was so good we did it eat anywhere else Martin and Nyeli were great at making our stay special. Water was provided daily. The breakfast that was included was sooo good! All the food was fresh. Bike rental was close by and could ride to south tulum or into town. Great location! Plenty of shops and convenience store close for snacks and drinks. Beds were comfortable too. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfection from the confirmation email to check out. The food was even better. We couldn’t wait to eat breakfast every morning. The staff here are professionals in hospitality.

We had a lovely time here. Property is a hidden gem. Manager Neyelli was wonderful and professional and her reliable insights made our extended stay a joy. A peaceful, quiet hotel. If you’re looking for a crowd and loud music, don’t stay here.

We loved our stay at this hotel for three nights. Our room had an incredible ocean view and we could hear the waves in bed, which was special. It’s set on the beach so you walk across the sand to get to your room each evening and breakfast each morning. The room was big and very clean, and the hotel itself felt very relaxing and charming. The hotel team were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was delicious with lots of choice, and the happy hour cocktails were great too! There are restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and it’s easy to get taxis too, although these aren’t cheap. We rented bikes from across the road to visit a cenote and the ruins. We preferred staying in this quiet part of Tulum rather than the party zone.
