The property is about 120 km | 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or 43 km | 27 mi from the new Tulum airport. Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Once in Tulum, you can easily rent bikes and scooters to get around, plus there are always taxis available. There’s parking onsite that is first-come, first-serve.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us to the fullest, so we're sharing some important details for your comfort and safety in a clear and courteous manner:
Construction in the immediate vicinity
Tulum is a high-growth area, and during daytime hours, you may hear construction noises. The property may experience occasional power and Wi-Fi outages.
Housekeeping and Linens
For stays of 28 nights or more, we include complimentary cleaning and linen changes every 15 days. If you prefer more frequent changes, we can gladly arrange this for an additional $30 USD service charge.
Access Replacement
Lost or non-returned keys: $500 MXN fee.
Agreement and Security Deposit
When confirming your reservation or at check-in, we will ask you to sign a vacation rental agreement for your stay.
In some cases, depending on the platform used, a credit card security deposit may be required, which will be refunded 7 days after checkout if everything is in order.
Your stay includes access to Tulum's best beach clubs: Ikal, within the Jaguar Park Reserve, and Arena, in the Hotel Zone. Terms and conditions apply; consult your host for details.
House Rules
- Guests must be 21 or older to book.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property, as is the use of recreational drugs. Failure to comply will result in a $300 USD fine.
- Parties, events, and illegal activities are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, but we ask that excessive noise be minimized at all times.
- Only those registered on the reservation are allowed in the accommodations.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning that occurs during their stay.
- Government-issued ID is required upon check-in and may be requested again during your stay if identity verification is required.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the residential complex rules to maintain community harmony.
