Hotel a Glen Allen

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Stayed with family. Property was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was really good with multiple choices. Room was clean with nice bathroom and amenities. Property was close to restaurants and shopping. Went to multiple yard sales while visiting this area and people were friendly and inviting. Would definitely stay here again if in area. Only con was no business center available.”

“We booked a Handicapped room. It wasn't very well set up for a handicapped person in a wheelchair. As were most of the hotel rooms on this trip, this room was for a person whose 'handicap' was, perhaps, that s/he had to use a cane. Compare that to an amputee in a wheelchair. I asked when making the reservation that the ottoman be moved; it wasn't and it caused a problem. Getting the wheelchair between the bed and the TV table was another problem. It seems that what hotels think...

“You should at least have coffee in the lobby for guest”

“When we arrived, we were informed that even though we had a confirmed reservation there was no room. The reason the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room. So, after a long flight in the rain we were forced to fiend for our selves and find another place to lodge. I now am fully aware that an Expedia reservation at a Hilton property is worth a warm bucket of spit.”

“Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

“The front desk staff was courteous and responsive to the request for more towels as well as a stopped toilet. We noticed in the morning of our departure that our smoke detector was missing its battery. Breakfast was poorly stocked, running out of milk as well as serving partly frozen eggs. We ate out the second morning. Though the hotel was giving a run down appearance, our beds were comfortable and and our room was clean.”
