Welcome to Villa Princesa, an expansive oceanfront retreat boasting seven bedrooms and a prime location on the north side of Cozumel, just a brief 5-minute drive from downtown. What sets this villa apart is not only its stunning oceanfront setting but also its unique layout, with the seven bedrooms spread across three distinct structures, all interconnected and facing a central courtyard.

Upon arrival at street level, you'll find yourself flanked by three of the seven bedrooms. To your right, a two-level structure houses two bedrooms, each with its own private bath, ideal for accommodating up to six guests. Perfect for singles or teenagers, this area offers a separate entrance for added privacy. On your left, another structure hosts an additional bedroom with its own private entrance, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a full-size bed, catering to solo travelers in your group.

As you traverse the long outside hallway, you'll descend to ocean level, arriving at the entrance to the main house. The main level boasts a spacious living room with two comfortable couches and cable TV, an adjoining dining room seating 14 guests, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This level provides seamless access to the ocean, beach, and pool areas.

Outside, discover an outdoor bar, a large pool surrounded by ample loungers, an elevated deck offering breathtaking sunset views, and a sandy beach area leading to the ocean. While the ocean entrance may be rocky, a water ladder and short dock ensure safe access.

Ascending to the second floor unveils an additional two bedrooms with expansive ocean views, sharing a full bathroom. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the other offers a king-size bed.

On the top floor, the third floor, find the final two bedrooms, including the master suite. Both bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the ocean, with the master suite boasting a king-size bed and a private en-suite bath featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom.

Even if your group doesn't occupy all seven bedrooms, Villa Princesa offers reduced rates for rental as a 3-6 bedroom house, accommodating varying group sizes. Whether you seek proximity to downtown Cozumel or a direct oceanfront experience, this villa caters to every need.
