“Great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. My stay was only marred by the very noisy family next door -- and the fact that I could hear the kids arguing late at night through the shared wall. Not really the Commonwealth's fault but the one reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. (I could also hear the elevator dinging outside my door.)”

“We found our stay at Best Western Premier very comfortable. The bed was firm and had big fluffy pillows. The room and bathroom were both clean. We had breakfast in the morning in their restaurant. It was a buffet style, had lots of the typical choices and was well maintained. The only thing I would have like to make our stay better, would be vending machines on the floors. If you wanted anything, you had to venture downstairs to the front desk area. All in all, we had a good stay.”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Parking garage was great. seeing as it was in the city and knowing there is no need to look for parking outside the hotel. Only one desk staff, who seemed overwhelmed with no extra help. Also from my constant going in and out of the hotel, it seems as if the person had no break for at least 7 hours straight. Which I figured contributed to me not being informed that I would have to keep my keycard when checking out, to get out of the garage. Communication is essential to smooth running of a...

“bathroom was uncleaned”

“There were stains on the mattresses, burns on the sheets and comforter, crumbs all over the place, a layer of dust on the hairdryer, and eveything was just generally worn. It was cheap but not sure it was worth it.”
