Hotel a Innsbrook

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.”

“When we got to our room, one of the beds had no sheets or blankets on it. There was no shower rod or curtain for the shower, there was mold and the ceiling looked like it was collapsing. We let the front desk know and even talked to the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING. “No cooking utensils or plates/cups/silverware whatsoever despitead depicting fully equipped kitchen. Lobby and room were both sparse with nobody on duty in evening. Price was extremely affordable but glad to pay more for what was advertised for extended stay. Hard to get any rest due to commotion upstairs with people running back and forth at all hours with nobody staffing front desk to deal with it. Never again!”

“The room was ok, but the air conditioner kept me awake. It kept making noise when it would come on. The next morning my husband was taking a shower and there was red hair (a lot) on the shower wall.”

“The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. My only problem was the "hot" water for the shower. I was on the 4th floor; it took several minutes for the water to go from cold to warm. It never got close to hot.”

“Good facility, convenient to airport and surprisingly quiet, given it is in the flight pattern for the airport and backs up to the expressway. Didn't experience any noise while inside the property.
