“The staff was not welcoming and did not make me feel valued as a guest. What was most concerning was that housekeeping went through my personal belongings and my vitamins were taken. I reported this issue to the resort and never received a response or any follow-up. Between the poor customer service and the lack of accountability regarding my complaint, I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this resort to others.”

“Housekeeping was the best part of the trip, 5 out 5! We were a large party of 11 in 3 rooms, 6 of us got food poisoning, room service didn't deliver what was ordered from the menu including ignoring food allergies that were asked every time we placed an order or sat down in a restaurant. Complained at the front desk and was offered a free bottle of wine to make things better.
