You have access to all our rooftop areas with an infinity pool, wet deck, sundeck and GYM. Theres also a laundry room in the building.

Our concierge will contact you a day in advance for the check in details, dont hesitate to contact him anytime.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Aldea Zama is an area full of style that makes Tulum quiet live, located 20 minutes from the beach by bike and 10 minutes by car.

We suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle, ATV or a car. In the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.

We're dedicated to making your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. From arranging special requests to coordinating excursions, transfers, and restaurant reservations, our team is here to assist and accommodate your every need.
To ensure transparency, please note that your stay includes 10 KW per night. Any usage beyond this will incur an additional charge of $8 MXN per extra KW. You'll have access to the meters at any time to monitor your usage. This measure is in place to encourage energy efficiency and prevent unnecessary consumption when the AC or lights are not in use.
For your convenience, please be aware that we'll access the unit on Mondays and Fridays for jacuzzi maintenance to ensure its proper function throughout your stay.
Kindly note that there is no elevator available on the premises. If you have any concerns or require assistance with luggage, please don't hesitate to let us know in advance.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.
