Hotel all inclusive in Quintana Roo

“We had a great experience”

“All restaurants we tried (Azul, Cocina de Autor, Piaf, Chaká, Lucca) were excellent, better than anything else we have tried in Cancun, and certainly at the top compared to all the other resorts and restaurants we have eaten in around the world. If you are looking for an uncrowded resort with excellent food and don't mind paying for it, then consider the Gran Velas. There is a lack of sports activities for adults, but I think this is fine as long as you come with this understanding.”

“Beautiful resort just wish I had more time. Fresh food that protein can be added but is a vegans dream. Spa is spectacular- you walk out into the jungle to walk to you treatment. So beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful and facilities are beautiful. Would recommend.”

“Lived up to the hype! Definitely worth. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were greeted and escorted into their lobby. Whole staff were so friendly and accommodating the whole stay. I enjoyed saying good morning to the staff everyday. The hotel is quite expansive so def familiarize yourself with the layout to minimize the walking. Food options were extensive. Ate at a different place everyday. Right on the beach which is a plus. One thing - if you want a decent spot by the pool, you have...
