“I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. The facilities and entire experience at the Spa were amazing. Soo much to do and the food was delicious!! “The hotel is exquisite and rooms very spacious and modern. There are several dinning options through out the resort and bars with great refreshments. Staff was very professional and courteous. The only two complaints I have, food at the buffet was cold and halal or kosher options. ”

“The customer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make a memorable vacation. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The only thing I can see improving is the French restaurant. We tried a few dining options there and none live up to the hype. However, there are so many dining options that you will surely find something good at any of the other restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends.”
