“The customer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make a memorable vacation. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The only thing I can see improving is the French restaurant. We tried a few dining options there and none live up to the hype. However, there are so many dining options that you will surely find something good at any of the other restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends.”

“This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals.”
