"L’hotel non e’ predisposto per Playa del Carmen, perche’ essendo una zona molto molto ventosa, non sono state create delle zone con paravento , risultando cosi’ impraticabile sia nell’area delle piscine , sia anche nei bar e nei ristoranti all’aperto. L’aria condizionata nei locali interni e’ insopportabile per un europeo. Colazione buona, sebbene frutta e verdura siano industriali. Il ristorante otaliano e’ un “American Italian” . Si sente molto la mancanza di un buffet al lunh time . Non e’ possibile Deumidificare la camera, si puo’ solo tenere accesa l’aria condizionata accesa , il che e’ un problema ai tropici. La struttura e’ molto bella , ma non e’ pensata per il comfort. Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla 5 avenida. "
