“Check in process was terrible. We ran into issues with payments, however the man checking us in once we got to our room he called the room and said they weren’t bringing our bags we had to go get them from lobby then stated they didn’t charge us correctly his exact words “all I know you owe 380.00” very rude on the phone. Worst experience only nice person was Tony. Kids show we all felt like we were sitting in the dark. Buffet was dark, food was the same every day. Food was maybe a 1star....

“Some of the reviews we've seen about this resort made us nervous but our experience traveling from Canada with an 8 year old and a 5 year old was very positive. We were especially impressed by how helpful and friendly everyone was. We stayed in a Flate Swim Up Suite. The room was huge with sliding doors that closed between the bedroom and living space. “Don’t go to the spa. They don’t know what they’re doing. I went for a massage and she cracked my back like a chiropractor. I told my chiropractor and he said she could’ve damaged my back because she’s not trained to do that. The spa is overpriced and you feel like you’re on a time clock to rush out of there.”
