There is an oceanfront pool, a kids' pool and a lazy river. Dining options include a casual waterfront restaurant with a bar and lounge, and an Starbucks bar in the lobby.
Free parking is provided to guests at The Patricia Grand located in the parking garage across from the resort. 2 passes will be provided for you when you enter the condo. There is also a 15 minute loading/unloading area in front of the resort.

**Guests receive a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Once the starter pack is finished, guests are responsible for purchasing items**
** Each guests during your stay is provided with 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel**
**Renter agreement will need to be completed and signed**
**Late checkout fee will be charged to guests, if guests requests late checkout 24 hours before checking out, and if we can accommodate late check out**
**Your payment method may be charged if you or your guests or pets cause damage or missing items from the property during your stay**
**Best way to contact us is via this site that is monitored daily. Inquires and bookings late in the evening will be processed and answered the next day**
**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas. **
**No motorcycles, RVs, or trailers permitted in parking garage. There is on street paid parking available if needed. **
