"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo diverse volte. Sempre nelle Suite Laguna Villa, con piscina e servizi esclusivi. Torneremo sopra tutto per la gentilezza e la cortesia dei dipendenti, in generale. In particolare quest'anno vorremmo ringraziare Il Super Concierge Renè Munoz, le due ragazze del bar Celsa Peralta e Lorena Lorenzo, e il barman Fabian Garcia.
