“Nice resort, newly built and nice design. Rooms were nice, views were beautiful, restaurants were all good aside from Hunters and Rio. The staff were extremely attentive, the service was excellent. The beach was very poor, it is located next to mangroves so it smelled bad and the water was dark brown and filled with seaweed all week. From discussions with locals, the beach is always like that which is unfortunate. The beach was also closed one day due to crocodiles that inhabit the area. ...

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
