“First day, I found a cockroach in the washroom. Very peaceful. I read the review that the food is very nice and delicious. I dont think the food is nice. My last night, the drunk guests was yelling and screaming in the halkway that I woke up at 2am. I complained to the resort. It seems they dont really care ”

The spa was wonderful for both treatments and some time in the hot/cold plunges, steam and sauna. “They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!”
