Cottage a Riviera Maya

“Beautiful and very well maintained and organized property. Loved every bit of my stay.”

“The resort itself was nice enough, somewhat dated, but the grounds were clean, the landscaping was beautiful, the pools were well maintained and there were plenty of sitting areas all throughout the property. We took our toddler to the kids center, and while the staff was lovely, a lot of the toys had missing pieces, or needed the batteries changed. The space itself was nice, but there didn't seem to be as many interactive toys or games as I would have expected. They did have a kids disco night...

“My wife and I loved our anniversary at this 5 star resort with healthy wildlife and great food, pool, bar, and staff driving the carts. Expedia VIP wristbands were great for daily access to the excellent spa pools (jets, steam, hot tub, plunge, sauna, vitamin shots). Concierges David and Erick were shining stars, booking plans, giving daily updates, checking in, stocking our minibar, and bringing blankets, a memory foam pillow, decor, treats, and bubbly. I always need a concierge now! We loved...

“Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the...
