“This is our favorite resort to travel to for an unplug vacation. The amenities (including the rooms, spa, and gym) are clean and well maintained. The food it quite good for an all inclusive resort. “Visited in May 2026 with my husband and two children (11 & 14). Had a fantastic stay. Large property with lots of things to do, from the arcade, waterpark, lazy river, splash pad, or main pool. I enjoyed the food trucks and ice-cream shop, my husband enjoyed the sports bar and the coffee shop. My kids enjoyed the main pool and the water park. "L’hotel non e’ predisposto per Playa del Carmen, perche’ essendo una zona molto molto ventosa, non sono state create delle zone con paravento , risultando cosi’ impraticabile sia nell’area delle piscine , sia anche nei bar e nei ristoranti all’aperto. L’aria condizionata nei locali interni e’ insopportabile per un europeo. Colazione buona, sebbene frutta e verdura siano industriali. Il ristorante otaliano e’ un “American Italian” . Si sente molto la mancanza di un buffet al lunh time . Non e’ possibile Deumidificare la camera, si puo’ solo tenere accesa l’aria condizionata accesa , il che e’ un problema ai tropici. La struttura e’ molto bella , ma non e’ pensata per il comfort. Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla 5 avenida. "
