“Beautiful property, great staff but had to much extra for a room upgrade even though it was supposed to be offered. Also paid $600 in the spa with no included service. They wanted nothing to do with Expedia gold member :(”

“We had an excellent stay at TRS Yucutan. Fernanda went out of her way to ensure that every experience we had was magical for our honeymoon much to our surprise. Many of the highlights of our vacation were thanks to her special touches. Our butler team was also very responsive to text messaging and in answering any question we had The food selection was excellent, fresh and lives up to its gastronomical expectations. There's many places for relaxation on the resort including the amazing infinity...

“Second time at this resort. Food and service were excellent, but they did not provide the same level of service we had received the first time. Non vacation club members (like us) were left feeling like the value of our dollar was less. The sales pitch upon arrival watered down our arrival experience.”

“Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. The building is also close to entertainment/bars that are loud late into the night. Finally, Kevin let me know that there is a limit to the electricity...
