Got to the Italian restaurant and was asked if we had a reservation; said no. Was told we could sit; but the service would be slow and to check out the steakhouse. Was asked the same question at the steakhouse but hit sat right away. Service and food was great.”

“I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.”
